The Texas Longhorn became the foundation of the American cattle industry by claiming first rights in the untamed, newly discovered Americas a little over 500 years ago.

We all get involved with Texas Longhorns for similar reasons; it is for the love of our heritage, and this magnificent creature. While growing up in west Texas I was involved with many different breeds of cattle, but my fascination & interest was always with Texas Longhorns.

We are just starting out, but very excited about the future.

"The Texas Longhorn was bred not by man

but shaped by nature and man benefited."

J. Frank Dobie
